General Surgery

Our goal is to make every anesthetic procedure as safe and stress free as possible for both you and your pet. We schedule in low volume so we can give each patient detailed individualized attention. We ensure our patients are good candidates for anesthesia with recent exams and blood work. We utilize a multi-modal approach to decrease the stress of being hospitalized and help control pain. We will provide acupuncture therapy, local nerve blocks, western and eastern pharmaceuticals, cold laser, and pheromone therapies to ensure the best possible experience for every individual patient.

Examples of general surgery are: Spay (ovariohysterectomy), neuter (castration), lump removal and biopsy, laceration/wound repair, exploratory surgery (gastrointestinal foreign bodies), cystotomy (removal of bladder stones), and skin biopsy.
