Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Before Your Appointment:
Please make sure we have any pertinent medical records (including specialty appointments and surgery) before your appointment:
If your appointment is at Kenton Animal Hospital, please send records to: contact@kentonanimalhospital.com
If your appointment is at Cathedral Animal Hospital, please send records to: contact@cathedralanimalhospital.com
Be sure to fill out all of the required forms and requested pre-appointment information before your pet’s appointment.

  • Day of Appointment
Clients are welcome to accompany their pet to their appointment. Masks are optional for all staff and clients while in the building. If you would prefer to have your appointment via curbside (no contact), please give the clinic a call when you arrive to get checked-in and an assistant will be out to receive your pet as soon as a room is available.

*If you are sick or experiencing any covid-like symptoms, please do not come to your appointment. We encourage you to call and reschedule or have someone else who is feeling healthy bring your pet to the visit.
