Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation

Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation, also known as VOM, is a technique used by veterinarians to treat musculoskeletal issues in animals. It involves the use of a handheld device that emits a  high-frequency vibration to identify and correct areas of subluxation, or misalignment, in a pet’s spine and joints. This non-invasive technique aims to restore proper nerve function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain in pets suffering from conditions such as arthritis, hip dysplasia, and intervertebral disc disease. VOM is considered a safe and effective alternative to traditional surgical interventions for certain musculoskeletal conditions in dogs and cats.
